Clarke has played plenty of cricket for someone who is still only 19. He is a talented top/middle-order batsman able to play shots on either side of the wicket and is a great judge of a quick single. A fantastic athlete, Clarke is equally as comfortable in the field as he is behind the stumps. A young player with a great feel for the game, Clarke is a future leader at Latrobe and will be looking to build on the improved form with the bat that he demonstrated at the end of last season.
