Reevesy is a top-order batsman with a sound technique and looks a future turf cricketer. While his career batting average doesn't look great at present he shows some promising signs, and is regularly encouraged to take the form and confidence he shows at training out into the middle with him on the weekend. When he is able to balance attack with defence opposition bowlers had better beware, as this young man will be hard to stop! He is also an under-rated leg-spinner, not afraid to toss the ball up and certainly worth a bowl by any captain. I'm looking for Reevesy to take the next step in 2009/10 and challenge for a 2nd Grade batting position.
