The MILO in2CRICKET program offers children from 5 to 10 years of age the opportunity to kick start their cricket career, learn lots of new cricket skills like batting, bowling, catching and throwing, as well as social skills allowing them to make new friends and most importantly – HAVE FUN!!
Participants will once again receive a structured 6-12 week program conducted by Junior Cricket Co-ordinator Matt Clarke and his team of Latrobe Cricket Club volunteers. All sessions are held at Latrobe Recreation Ground on Saturday mornings from 9.00am-10.00am. Dates will be confirmed closer to the 2011/12 season.
Registration costs $55, for which each participant will receive a Starter Pack, consisting of:
- A multipurpose Backpack,
- A lightweight cricket Bat,
- A soft rubber cricket Ball,
- A SPF 30+ T-Shirt,
- A sunsmart Bucket Hat,
- MILO Giveaways and more!
Latrobe Cricket Club will be holding a registration evening in October. Dates and times will be published in The Advocate and your child’s school newsletter.
