Match report Latrobe took to the field again in the afternoon to face Devonport in the CNW Twenty20 series. The Orions batted first and reached 3-70 in a conservative batting display, giving the Demons a chance of victory. However, in reply the Demons could only make a paltry score of 56, with Jason Sims making 16. The Demons handed the Orions the victory and they progress through to the next round of the Twenty20 competition.

The exercise was not a total loss though for the Demons, as it gave several players a taste of A-Grade cricket and exposed our club to another form of cricket rapidly gaining popularity around the world.
